The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a knowledge-based introduction to the principles and practice of teaching. Participants will gain understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a teacher/trainer in relation to legislation, equality, inclusivity and meeting learner needs. They will be able to plan and deliver sessions using appropriate resources and teaching methods, and identify the characteristics of effective assessment and feedback. It is the ideal qualification for those looking to develop their teaching practice or move into a teaching role.
