About Clarity Professional

Our story

We help veterinary professionals thrive by providing education, coaching and leadership development tailored to their unique challenges. Clarity aims to both empower and equip veterinary leaders with the skills, confidence, and support needed to grow with kindness and conviction.

Our values

Inclusive Philanthropy. Clarity practices the 1-1-1 philanthropic model. We donate 1% of our profit, 1% of our time, and 1% of our product. How is that put into practice?

1% of our profit.
Every quarter, 1% of our profit is donated to a charity. The charity changes every time, nominated by someone on the team, a student, or supplier, or anyone who’s helped Clarity to grow.

1% of our time.
All Clarity people are actively encouraged to take two (paid!) working days per year to volunteer their time. This might be part of an organised scheme or charity placement, or carrying out a service to their community such as picking up litter or playing the piano for the school choir.

1% of our product.
For every 100 courses that we sell, one will be provided for free to a learner who is either (a) an employee of or volunteer for a UK registered charity; (b) working in a country designated as low or lower-middle income by the World Bank; (c) from an underrepresented or underserved community within the veterinary sector; or (d) prevented from accessing training and CPD by some circumstantial barrier that financial support would help alleviate.
